We're very disappointed that we can't meet you in person, but we thank you for staying safe and doing your part to help contain the virus. 

We understand that many of you and your families would like to learn more about what our great university has to offer. Thanks to technology, there are many ways for future students to stay connected with the Algoma U community during social isolation. On this page, you will find unique and innovative ways to visit our campus and experience Algoma University virtually, from the comfort of your own home.

Fast track your degree this summer! 

The start of the spring for 20SF and 20SP courses is scheduled for June 1st, while the 20SS term will begin on July 15th. The entire suite of spring/summer courses available to students will be delivered remotely, given that physical distancing measures will continue for some weeks. Future Student Weekly Webinars

Every Wednesday 3-4pm, webinars are lead by our Enrolement Specialists who are able to answer any questions future students may have about their transition to Algoma U. Topics such as finding helpful resources & student services, getting involved on campus, residence, experiential learning, and much more are covered. There are a variety of sessions to join!

School of Business & Economics

The School of Business & Economics at Algoma University provides academic programming, in both Sault Ste. Marie and Brampton, that is relevant to the evolving economy and experiential learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom that will help you grow and find your place as a future business leader.

School of Computer Science & Technology

The School of Computer Science and Technology (SCST) builds on Algoma University’s long-established Computer Science Program, with specializations and minors in Mobile Software Engineering, Computer Game Technology, and Computer Game Technology/Creative Arts.

School of Life Sciences and the Environment

The SLSE delivers top-quality academic programming in Biology, Psychology, and Environmental Science. The programs are built to help students develop critical thinking skills allowing them to contribute solutions to current challenges facing humanity in the twenty-first century.
