At Algoma University, we understand that financing for post-secondary education is a large and difficult task. The Financial Aid Office is dedicated to assisting students with meeting their education-related financial needs. We provide advice, information and support to students to help navigate the process of funding postsecondary studies.

We offer numerous awards based on academic achievement and financial need to both newly admitted and continuing students.

Work on Campus

Algoma University is pleased to offer programs that enable students to work full-time during the summer, and part-time throughout the academic year while completing their studies.

Financial Aid Bursaries, Scholarships, and Awards

There are several scholarship, bursary, and awardprograms offered through the Financial Aid Office. To qualify for most of these, you need to have applied for OSAP and/or provide proof of Postsecondary  Student Support Program sponsorship.
