Be The Blueprint: Leadership Conference/Workshops
Algoma University School of Business and Economics in partnership with community partners* hosts “Be the Blueprint Leadership Conference/Workshops” primarily a full day student leadership conference held once each semester.
Working with external organizations to facilitate workshops, presentations and activities related to a variety of soft skills, each leadership conference has its own unique underlying theme, with the goal of imparting a “leadership” skill to our participants.

Key benefits of the conference include:
- Build thought leadership within yourself and your team to become a better leader
- Gain the power skills employers value
- Build your resume
- Network and engage with local leaders and students
- Develop soft skills that will give you the opportunity to implement techniques on how to identify themselves as leaders, work effectively in teams and be ready for the future.
