Accessibility

Algoma University strives at all times to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

We are also committed to providing people with disabilities the same opportunity to access the University’s goods and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place, and in a similar way as others unless alternate measures are necessary, whether temporarily or on a more long-term basis. Moreover, Algoma U is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner.

We believe in integration, and we are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and by meeting our accessibility requirements under Ontario’s accessibility laws.
