The dormitory provides a comfortable, safe and convenient on-campus residence for first-year students.

Spirit Village Townhouses
The townhouses provide convenient and affordable on-campus housing for Algoma University students. Each unit contains five private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living room and a kitchen.

Downtown Residence
A recently converted historic landmark, the Downtown Residence offers returning, mature and transfer students single-room living in the heart of downtown Sault Ste. Marie.
