Thinking you may or may not like Algoma is no replacement for visiting campus and finding out for certain. This is your future, after all, and we think that’s worth the investment. In fact, we’ll even help pay for the trip.
There are many ways to come experience Algoma University. We recommend you come during the week when classes are happening, and you can get a sense for what campus is like during the day. However, if evenings and weekends are your only opportunity to come for a visit, we'd be happy to accomodate you then as well. Here are a few of the ways you can visit campus:
Get on the Bus! Our famous bus trips are a great way to make friends and visit campus.
Personal Visit - Make arrangements to come on your own or with your family/friends.
School Visits - We host all of the schools in Sault Ste. Marie on Grade Eleven Days in the spring, and have hosted other schools on campus as well. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how your school can come for a visit.
STAR Program - Transition to university life by staying in AU's dorms for a few days this summer.
Virtual Tour - See photos and descriptions of campus buildings and landmarks.
Meet our Advisors - OK, so this isn't really a visit, but they're so friendly it's the next best thing to being here!
